How long does it take for my equipment to be repaired?

For test equipment which requires calibration – We aim to complete the job within one working week from receipt.

For equipment repair, we aim to complete the job within one working week. Please note,  in some instances, items requiring repair may take longer.

If we cannot repair your test equipment we will, with your consent, send it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

If you require your instrument back in a hurry, we will (if requested) fast track your job which may incur an additional cost.
